April 25, 2006 - The much anticipated opening of Café Paladar has now arrived at Sonterra Place II, situated on Loop 1604 at/near Stone Oak Parkway at Sonterra Place.  A fine dining restaurant operated by renowned local chef, Bryan West, Café Paladar is quickly becoming the Stone Oak area’s top dining establishment.  In concept design for over five years, Café Paladar’s Bryan West has brought a level of elegance and imagination not seen before in San Antonio’s highest income demographic marketplace, Stone Oak.

Cal Ivey, the vice president of Dominion Advisory Group’s Build-To-Suit Program, handled the acquisition and negotiations for both the landlord, and the tenant.  According to Cal, “Café Paladar brings a fine dining restaurant to Stone Oak that features New York style and quality cuisine with a slight Mexican and Cuban twist to the menu”, and he goes on to say, “We have only dreamed about having a restaurant facility like this in San Antonio; now it is actually here and open for business”.

To find Café Paladar, go the intersection of Loop 1604 West at Stone Oak, continue west on the Loop 1604 frontage road to the next street called Sonterra Place, take a right turn and the second building off the corner is Sonterra Place II.
