February 26, 2008 - Set to open in Summer 2008, construction on The Shops at Fossil Creek is underway and leasing has commenced. Located at the intersection of Bulverde and Evans Roads, the 38,036 square-foot is center is being developed and managed by Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. (DAG).
The center’s anchor, CVS Pharmacy, broke ground over the past two weeks. “Our adjacent retail site is also coming out of the ground this week,” says DAG Assistant Vice President of Development Services, Lee Majors, “The center itself should show vertical progress in two or three weeks.”
A 20-minute drive from the San Antonio Intercontinental Airport—and just minutes from entrances to the new JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa and two PGA golf courses (opening in 2010)—The Shops at Fossil Creek is surrounded by homes ranging from $180,000 to $1.M+. “Construction on the center is proceeding in a timely manner,” says Majors. "This is one of our most exciting projects to date. The project really has a great feel.”
