April 2, 2007 - Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. welcomes sales veteran John Clark to the Brokerage and Leasing Division where he will specialize in tenant representation and new development leasing. 

Formerly the top electric sign salesman at Pinnacle Signs, LLP, John has a thorough understanding of the San Antonio market having worked with hundreds of tenants, property owners, and national companies over the past five years. With this new assignment, company president Larry R. Baumgardner, CCIM, states, “What John brings to the table in terms of people skills and understanding the market will certainly add tremendous value to our brokerage department and our retail clients.”  Baumgardner goes on to add, “John just brings an excitement and positive outlook to our whole team.  He creates energy with his enthusiasm, and we are excited about our company’s future with John being a huge part of our team.”

John’s new responsibilities include leasing four new development projects, and securing tenant representation opportunities along the way.
