Executive Team
Jim has over 20 years of experience in real estate, including the development and management of commercial and medical office buildings. During his tenure in healthcare real estate, Jim has created relationships with major healthcare providers such as Methodist Healthcare System, Baptist Health Systems and Knapp Medical Hospital. Jim has successfully recruited physician partners and equity to develop medical office buildings including specialty clinics and surgical hospitals in San Antonio.
Jim’s primary objective is sourcing and cultivating long term, dynamic relationships with healthcare systems and physician groups. His focus is creating opportunities for DAG Healthcare and its affiliates to acquire, own, develop, lease and manage medical office buildings and other healthcare facilities.
Jim holds a Masters Degree in Urban Planning and Urban Studies from Trinity University in San Antonio, and in 1979 completed a Bachelor of Science Degree, also from Trinity University. He is also a licensed Texas real estate broker. |
