Krystal Hamburgers Comes to San Antonio

January 2, 2006 - It’s finally here!  One of the nation’s top fast food chains, Krystal’s Hamburgers, is opening its very first restaurant in San Antonio on Loop 410 at/near Ingram Road.  This particular intersection is dominated by tremendous regional retail and fast food activity, anchored by Ingram Park Mall and the Village at Ingram Park.

After entering into a strategic alliance for build-to-suit services through Dominion Advisory Group, Inc., Krystal’s plans to open a number of new restaurants which will feature their trademark burgers.  With a 24-hour per day approach, all of the Krystal’s fans from other parts of the U.S. who now live in San Antonio will be able to experience Krystal’s throughout the day and evening hours.

According to Cal Ivey, vice president of build-to-suit services, “Dominion Advisory Group, Inc., consider this $2.0 million build-to-suit as an important first step in enabling Krystal’s to take advantage of the depth and breadth of the purchasing power in the nation’s eighth largest city.”  Ivey goes on to add that, “David Evans and Ron Christianson, the local Krystal’s franchisees, are top-notch entrepreneurs who share a great love for both San Antonio and Krystal’s Hamburgers.  What a special opportunity for our firm to work with them.”

Thanks to David and Ron.  Also, please join us in welcoming Krystal’s Hamburgers to San Antonio.
